Fractional Chief People Officer

We offer part-time or interim Chief People Officer support to help emerging asset managers build strong, values-aligned, and institutionally credible teams. Designed for Fund I or II firms that are scaling but not yet ready for full-time HR leadership, this service ensures your people strategy grows with your firm.

Organisational design and team structuring

Lay the foundation for a scalable, high-performing team by designing organisational structures tailored to your current size and growth trajectory; defining roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines across investment and operational teams; and support leadership planning, founder transitions, and executive hiring.

Talent acquisition and onboarding

Attract the right talent—and set them up to succeed by building hiring plans aligned with fundraising and firm growth goals; leading or supporting recruitment for key positions (e.g. Principals, CFO, IR leads); and designing onboarding programs that drive early performance and cultural fit.

Culture and values development

Build a mission-driven, inclusive workplace from the ground up by defining and embedding core values and cultural principles; developing strategies for inclusive hiring, leadership, and team engagement; and advising on DEI practices and inclusive culture-building.

Compensation and incentive design

Ensure your team is motivated—and aligned with LP expectations by benchmarking compensation and structure equity or incentive plans; designing performance-based bonus systems and long-term incentives; and aligning reward systems with fund strategy and team performance.

HR infrastructure and compliance

Set up the systems that support growth and compliance by building or optimising HR policies, handbooks, and documentation; overseeing performance management and feedback loops; and ensuring compliance with employment laws (in coordination with external counsel).

Challenging HR situations

We will manage and guide you through complex HR situations, should they arise, by addressing unexpected challenges efficiently and ensuring smooth, effective resolution.
